Was looking for a new go-to shop in the area after moving from Ohio. Was happy my girlfriend recommended import autos as it’s a great group of guys! They were able to get me scheduled for an oil change and tires plugs promptly and they provided great work with great explanation as to what was done. Will be taking all my future auto needs here!

I appreciate honest service. My BMW has given me constant problems for over a year. Last I was there, these guys took labor cost off of the original estimate when they realized it would take them less time to perform the repair. They passed to savings on to me. They didn’t have to do that and I never would have known. I’ll be coming here no matter what car I have.

Had an electrical problem that two other shops could not identify. Stephen and his team were able to work on my car within a couple days and identified the problem as a faulty alternator. Wide range of symptoms were sorted out quickly to get to needed repair. Will be back for future service needs.

A very seldomly write reviews on Google because very seldom do I get such excellent service. I needed a number of repair is done including lower ball joint, valve cover gasket and a few other smaller issues fixed. Jose and his team did amazing job and kept me informed the entire time. I will definitely bring my vehicle back to him.

I came here with my Audi A4 and got my oil changed. The service is always amazing. Ben Warren was especially a great employee to work with making the whole process fast and hassle free.
